• Many files will download as PDF files. This has been done to make sure they are represented with consistency on various types of computer systems. To open a PDF file, you will need Adobe Reader. If you do not already have Adobe Reader, you can get it for free at www.adobe.com/reader.

Download instructions for MS-Excel files

 

• The Recovery Made Simple App is an MS-Excel file. To use this file, you will need MS-Excel. If it is not already installed, you can purchase it at www.office.com.

• To use this MS-Excel App, you will have to click yes to "enable content" and "enable editing" when you open it first. Also, you will need to save the file before you close it to keep the readings you have entered.
   

• The Recovery Made Simple App requires the desktop or laptop version of MS-Excel. It does not work on the phone or tablet versions of MS-Excel.

• Some files download in ZIP folders.
   

• Once the ZIP folder is downloaded, right-click on it and select the "Extract" option to access its contents.
