Free 1-to-1 Wellbeing and Recovery Mentoring

Step 1: Read the mentoring agreement.

Step 2: If you are happy with the mentoring agreement, send me an email to let me know you would like some mentoring. Then, depending on availability, we'll schedule some 1-to-1 sessions on Zoom to go through the Recovery Tracker Workbook and Wellbeing Tracker Workbook.
